For personal reasons, I find it very interesting that you named your tractor "Butch".

My real name is Jeff, as well.

Before I was born, my dad had nicknamed my older brother, "Butch".

When I was born, they hadn't decided on a name yet. But at that time there was a comic in the newspaper that they liked. The title of the comic was "Butch and Jeff".

So, yeah... I was named after a comic character...

"Butch and Jeff" must be some sort of cosmic constant, or something! LOL

Lol. That's funny. Everyone was naming their tractors so I thought I'd do it too. Just chose a name and it stuck. Glad y'all like it.

I'm awake, But sadly the tractor isn't. Thing after thing broke till I finally said enough and parked it. First the flimsy shifter bracket broke the second time, then the battery cables came loose and wouldn't make contact, and then the clutch spring broke. That was the last nail. So, It sits in front of the garage. I was kicking around possibly rebuilding it with full suspension, but decided to keep it solid. Gonna get it rebuilt soon.

Good to hear back, and we've all been there- I guess you need to take a step back and hit it with a solid plan and when you have motivation.
