Careful sandblasting the pulleys!!! That blasting media will be instant death to the bearings. I wouldn't do it even with good masking. Too risky!  Shocked Cool

Ill just lift the seal and run solvent through it weve got a solvent tank with a pump and a hose thing is the best here

So i started the engine i cleaned oput the carb too and it will idle fine but Bog down when i press the pedal and it vibrates alot idk why due to my limited knowledge im reaching out to yall for help

If it's sputtering then it's rich: Check the float to make sure it's not flooding as it's running.

If it coughs and dies when you openthe throttle, then it's lean: Unscrew the brass bolt on the bottom of the carb and make sure all the teensy little holes are clear. Use a torch tip cleaner or a piece of wirefrom a wire brush.

Ok guys i slapped a spare walbro LMT on and it runs a lot better i will take some time to inspect the nikki and se how it works, and whats wrong..
Now we have to break.fix.repeat.....
