When lifting your tractor up, front wheels in the air, looking toward it( from the underside). you want the right side straight as an arrow (in-line), and no clutch or pulleys on that side, for max torque and pulling force. All clutching and tensioning should be done on the slack side of the belt. (The left side).

I would add to that a double pulley clutch, with the idler (flat pulley ) close to the input pulley to the trans. That will give a bit more contact for the belt/pulley transfer. adding a threaded section for the spring hanger would allow for clutch tension adjustment

Yeah like thunderdivine said, the diagram I posted is showing the belts as an underside view and that arrow is where I thought I should put a tensioner pulley. And ill make a double pulley clutch in the future but for now ill try this . I just have no idea how to mount a tensioner pulley lol like a bracket or something

A double pulley is not really needed, they are mostly used if you need to re-route the belt cause of a steering shaft or similar. Also what LW is talking about is, if you do a double setup, make sure you mount it as close to the smallest pulley, (most contact patch area).

Think about it simple, if you were going to pull a long rope, would you rather pull it straight or threw a bunch of pulleys, wich gives restriction and steal your horsepower.

If you setup your setup nicely, in-line and with a tensioner and guides your stock clutch will beat the double clutch in a race.

Also remember to wrap your double clutch so it pulls loose by the engine (if it had no tension from the spring). This way it won't lug and jerk start.

It SHOULD be a flat pulley, on the back of the belt. The object is to force the v side farther around the pulley

other than maybe a belt tracking issue, it shouldn't hurt to use a flat pulley on the face (v side of the belt) unless you are trying to drive something with that pulley... An idler pulley should be fine.
