| For the front I end up running a set of Yamaha Banshee So far for engine upgrades I have installed a cam from a lakota. I plan on boring the jug later on down the road. I also plan on doing a K&N filter and jet kit. I have a spare head I plan on port n polishing and installing a bigger cam also (some other time) This is where I am at in this build so far. I still need to order wheel spacers, 12" rims, 27x?? tires, Primary clutch, gasket kit, and put a new exhaust on it. | |

| Got a little work done (kinda) the old primary wet clutch was so shot i could pull the springs out with no problems so i took it apart and here is what the clutch looked like. Here is the one I got from ebay. It came with the housing and all so I can going to swap it all over. I also scored this on ebay. It shipped out today so the wait game starts. | |

| I am wanting to do a snorkel, what would be the a right size tube/pipe to use and or how many? I was thinking about bring two 1" out of the stock holes in the lid.... would that be enough air flow? I figure the stock holes where good from the factory. I mean, hell idk what im doing this is my first homemade snorkel. | |

| 2x1" might be okay, but I'd be inclined to go bigger than that. Why? Well, you're adding pipe length, which equates to static pressure (kinda back pressure in reverse), but a restriction to flow, nonetheless. Said and done, I'd do a plug chop and see if re-jetting might be a good idea, especially considering the new exhaust, too. | |

| I found that the 99+ bayou's have a "O.E snorkel" So i am thinking about getting that airbox and piping, still have to plug the top. but i figure it would work better than my idea. here is a stock 99+ bayou 300 airbox and the "snorkel" that I will extend I also plan on installing a oil catch can on this when i snorkel it. Since I will be running all the piping to the front. I am also going to re-jet and to the plug chop. but before I do that i am getting a 335 bore kit for it. | |
