So there is no noise coming for the transaxle when running... No belt slippage... But I only have 1,2,3... And the rest of the gears are 3rd speed... Is the transaxle broken? B/c idk and I need help soon b/c I gotta plow the snow soon...

Sounds like your variator control arm, linkage, or the pulley is getting stuck somewhere. Make sure all your linkages are lubed up good and not getting stuck or binding around third gear. I have heard that to be common a lot on these MTDs. The noise is common too. Those FNR's are real common to whine, even when in stock lawn tractors. But, the the 3rd gear thing definitely not your transaxle.

Redline I think it's moving back and forth all the way... And LMM I said that there is "NO" noise... Sorry... Just figure to make it clear

Ha ha funny story... Thanks for all the ideas guys... We were playing with the belts and it was turning the Vari drive and saw a little yellow thing inside the Vari drive ( where the belt goes/is) and we grabbed it and it was a wire... And it pulled out a couple more.. Long story short is the pulley ripped off some excess hanging wires and grabbed them and wrapped them up around the vari drive... So it's all fixed now! Yay! Thank you guys for the ideas though!
