Tell the folks how you made those front hubs.

yea Im made by hand but its a 2'' round stock with 3/4'' hole made on a lathe welded on a 1/4'' plate . I align all the holes on the plate including the center hole and use a 3/4'' bolt to align the plate and the round stock together and finished by weld it square. I made the rear hub on the same way but I had few threaded hole to put locking bolts who are align with the original channel key of the axle shaft.

I will send some more pics soon. I have to disassemble it to do the fine work one it because now I just done the preliminary built the make everything work and fit together so I will take good pics for you guys

some more pic: the carb, gas pedal and rear and front hubs. The bolts who lock the hubs on the rear shaft may looks overkill but I realy whant to avoid the shaft slipping in the hubs . So 4  1/2inch bolts are tight in 4 light knoch on the shaft and 4  1/4 bold are lock in the chanel of the shaft

Nice. What kind of lathe do you use? I'm just starting to look into buying one.

Sounds like about the size that would handle pretty much anything I plan on working with.

Still in one piece huh? Are those front wheels cragers? I have a set of 4 of those with some rust. Didn't find any use for them yet though.

and yeap hteyr cragar I have the rear one to but I have a problem to fit them due to the shifter position so I try to figure it out
I think I plan enough stuff to do on it to put it in the built contest but I still have a lot to do on my Overkill built
