| Well, I did get Red out on this beautiful 81 degree day here in the OKC area. I fixed the brake. It appears the stripped out bolt that was not allowing the brake to fully engage was a metric. I didn't look it up. I did find an SAE bolt that was literally a "hair" larger that I was able to screw into the shaft successfully and tightly. I didn't mash the brakes, but I can bring it to a quick stop from full speed "on pavement" which makes me very happy. And yes, did a little Christmas decorating. :-) |

| I agree 100%. But should I ever get the tractor it belongs too, I may have to move it back. |

| They are the fronts I purchased for my 77 Suburban Hydro "Thor". He's currently dead. Stupid Onan. A nice Kohler Mangnum would look good there. If i could find one. a few years ago. |

| Looks like a nice tractor, too bad its a hydro though , I'm not to fond of hydros
On a different note, did you find a right angle gear box for your other Murray? I have one from my toro that had a 2300 on but it had a horizontal engine and the gear box took a shaft from the engine and ran a belt to the tranny. Pretty interesting setup |

| Old garden tractor hydros are actually not too bad. Good for torque and you can usually service them. |

| No I did not, not one cheap enough. I'll just go with the belt twist.
The hydro is not too slow. It does a good 5-6 like most garden tractors. Rear end on this thing is huge. |

| Are they that pricey? I would think a belt twist would wear a belt out quickly. I have two that I have no use for lol

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on some new fronts. Should be here next Friday. I'll reveal them when they are installed! |

| Hey mighty, I've been looking at your back tires, ever thought of taking some of the tread out to give some relief to lose mud and add grip? Close tread like your tires and knobbys load up a lot, whereas large spaced tread like Execs or Vamps rarely do(I've had that happen, it sucks haha). Just an idea lol. |

| Mini mod today! Hard to see it in this picture... There it is... A camera pole. This is the initial camera angle it will show from inside the case. I made it where it can be easilly removed via a bolt and a pull pin. Getting a little better with that welding thing. LOL. I also got the tracking for my front tires today. Hopefully next weekend I can install!

| I hope to do one tomorrow! See if I need to add more support to the camera or not.
Also, yes that is poop on the back of the hitch plate. LOL, I need to clean that up. Oh, and I have a RED LED light in a fixture causing that weird brownish reflection on the fender and the ping hue to the room.
LOL, yeah that is Bear. He's a big softy! |

| I don't have a picture for it, but the brace under the fender pan folds down out of the way. |
