| Cold bends will weaken it a ton.

| If youre not bending real sharp angles, it should be fine. | |

| I only bent it like 15*. It'll be fine. Actually just got done welding it. I took your advice Beal(and then some lol). Coulda done it with one weld on either side, but I decided I'd just cover the entire joint with welds and make it look nice with the bench grinder Needed the practice on the stick welder anyways | |

| That’s a sick video! I used to have a circle track at my dad’s farm years ago. That video makes me want to bring it back. | |

| Lol I'm hoping to be at haspin this year. Also, I bought a new car this weekend to fix up and sell. 2000 impala LS with the 3.8. 230k on the clock and the strut towers are SHOT. so I gotta weld in new rear wheel tubs. Struts are also bad. Mice got into it and they tore up some of the wiring under the plastic shroud and left traces of their existence everywhere. Anyway...fixed the wiring this weekend and cleaned it out. Got it ready for a test drive aaaaaannnnnddd......put my foot on the brake, felt some resistance, then went to the floor. Popped the rear brake line. Hard line. It was the one that crosses from the driver side to the back right wheel and is woven up through the subframe and clipped into place where you cant get to it because why wouldn't it be. Got the new line, fought for a day to get the old ones off. Then realized the fittings on the new line are two males, I need a male and female, run in and get an adapter, come back, wrong size, run in two more times for adapters until I get the right ones, and finally hook them up and bleed the brakes. That was the absolute biggest pain in the butt I've ever had to do | |

| The strut towers are bad? That sucks, don't really see that happen very often. Also brake lines aren't very fun to do. Usually you end up doing more than you planned cuz every other line you touch falls apart. At least that's been my experience hahaha. In other news the Jacobsen is up and running again! Works great, other than a bad idler pulley (which I changed) we had no problems with it! Got all of 'em in the shed for the night, haha. _______________________________________________ "This'll either wake you up or put you to sleep forever!"- Red Green     "Whatever you do you should do right, even if it's something wrong." - Hank Hill      - MTD Off-Road Build    - Ford LT 110 Off-Road Build     - Craftsman GT 6000 Off-Road Build      - Sears LT11 Rat Rod Build *2019 Build-Off Winner!* - Allis B-110 x2, 710 & 716 - Wheel Horse 655, 953 & 500 Special - Case 444 - Bolens Versamatic & 1668 - Cub 106 & 124 - Ford LGT 125 & 145 - White 1650 Yard Boss | |

| Yeah AK, the rear strut towers rusting out on the early W bodies (impala and monte carlo that I know of) is fairly common. They got better with time, but the two I own are 2000...first model year | |

| Bet that DB is fun in the snow with the narrow tires. I just remembered my dad has a lathe at work so I'm gonna do a heist and steal up everything tapered shank they're throwing out at the trade school. backpack is gonna be really heavy | |

| I had fun plowing snow with the DB. It was missing one but it had dual band brakes, one on each axle | |

| Yes mine has those flip up fenders. Since I don’t have an electrical system, I have no battery. It has a lot of space under there | |
