Weedeater Rally Mower

I'm building a rally mower so far I have put a 16.5 opposed in it, painted it, and I did a pulley swap I'm currently working on the electrical and brakes I plan to put different tires and wheels on it build a solid steering lower it and some engine performance mods pics will come at a later date

This was the tractor when i first got it

Looks good. I'd suggest tires, they where the best upgrade for me.

Tires are the last thing on my list it NEEDS direct steer wiring brakes and a whole gasket kit thrown at the engine then when those are done I can start upgrading

That's a good speed. Pretty fast but within reason.

I'm trying to get the pics up of what it looks like now but its not letting me

And here is my motor

So Just a little update. Not much has been done I did however get some of the engine covers painted

The repainted air filter cover

And one of the side covers. It's not the best it does have a run in the paint but I don't care I will do a much better Job later I just wanted to cover up the rust for now

Just an update, I got the whole engine repainted and I'm currently working on cleaning the carb in hopes to get it to run " />again I pulled the carb apart and it was quite dirty inside

That carb is dirty

And nice job on painting the motor nice and shiny

So what's your idea of what this thing will eventually be? Great progress so far

I plan to make a little racer out of it, nothing fancy

Man, has it been a while. Shortly after these posts, I ended up scrapping it. I ran out of space and it needed to go. I did keep the opposed twin and I still have it to this day. It hasn't ran since 2013ish, I need to get another project to put it in.
