| The front brake setup I'm going to use as a line lock/ brake setup. Also the gas pedal I'm using. It's a push button start of of a old generator. | |

| Instead of me have a clutch were I push the button to disengage the clutch I'm just running the button to only engage the clutch when I push it so to me I consider that a gas pedal. | |

Never used one on a mower, but plenty on go karts. For what you have in mind, you're likely going to need a race clutch like a Noram Enforcer or something. As far as whether to lock the axle... Drag mower, right? Yup. I'd lock it. Look pretty silly trying to come off the line doin' the 1-wheel-peel!

| I am only running my dragster clutch if I don't build scooter stupid and if the electric clutch fails. If I build scooter stupid I need the clutch. I'm still going to try and run the electric clutch. Plus my dragster clutch is rated for at least 30hp and engages at 4000 so I would have to buy new springs for the primary and secondary. | |

| I fired the engine up for the first time today. All that's left before I drive it is to finish taking off all the shutoffs, bolt the steps and seat in and get a belt.
