Where did you hear that from? I've herd that they run for ever and are better than a briggs or really any motor. They are the same company or something as Wisconsins witch those are great motors to.

I have the second hood on my pony.. its the 12hp version and it barely clears the 12hp flatty i got on the sides...

lol, i like the whole made in america stuff now a days.... More like parts shipped over/made from the same materials.... Doesnt really matter where it was made quality wise. You can make your engine in Antarctica for all i care lol

you might have a good motor but the Japanese and some of the USA ones are junk, weak rods

whats under the top plastic cover on the engine? if its removable maybe that could cut down a few inches? anything to save space. and if its to much you could try modifying and lowering the engine?

well if its the airfilter and you modify an airbox into the hood or a snorkel or something you could cut back on space. and dropping the engine into the frame would probably save 2 inches anyways

If ur wanting to run 5 lugs or 4 lugs gonna have to get trailer hubs. u can get trailer hubs and even axles off craigslist. personally Im thinking along the lines of putting a trailer axle on the front of mine then making the rear as wide as the front.

I'm most likely gonna take a big piece of pipe I have and get some knuckles and hubs off of a car or something then use a steering box but I'm cheap lol and don't have much money
