Briggs 13hp wont start

I will use the torque wrench next time Smile

I was thinking if i should torque it down but i decided to use the impact gun because i have never had a problem with that.

Replaced the flywheel key and it started on the first try! Smile

Took it for a test run and it ran great but the exhaust got red so im thinking it needs more fuel.

the valves could be out of adjustment too. exhaust valve that is

Check that, check to make sure it's not flooding (running too rich).
