| Salutations to the people of the forum, my name is Joseph, a 16 year old from upstate New York. I am a volunteer firefighter at my town fire company, and enjoy it quite a bit. I am currently in my Junior year of high school, and surprisingly have made it this far without failing. When I graduate, I'm not sure where I'm going, but there better be a fire station there. I currently own a few beautiful pieces of machinery. The first is one of my favorites and holds a lot of sentimental value, a late 90's (either 1996-97) Wheel Horse 520 Hydro. With mower, blade, and snow blower powered by the 20 hp power-plus Onan in it. It has fifty lb counter wieghts on each rear tires, which are ag tires, after market steering wheel, straight pipe, no valves, and an amazing seat. I had a newer Cub Cadet, the equivalent of a GTX 2154LE, just a few years older. Long story short, after a couple hundred hours it blew up, and parted it out. We then acquired a John Deere 318, which is an 18 hp onan. Also a favorite. Nothing special, but hoping to make it special. Next, is not a lawn tractor, but a tractor non the less. My grandfather claims it is a 1953 Ford Golden Jubilees NAA. But it doesn't fit the specs that I look at, this thing is a 6 cylinder not a 4 cylinder. Bigger, and pretty awesome. It's a high 30 to low 40 hp tractor. That has a blade and brushhog for it. Hopefully I can get more for it. Sadly soon we will be trading our two little tractors in for a compact. The options now is a Massey Ferguson 1020, or Ford 1720. (If you could give an opinion for either, go for it. If this is not the place I'll find another place to ask) And then some old pickups that I would never get rid of. So yeah, that's me, and all of my goodies. Also, my friend brought me here, Willis923 | |
