Ags should so pretty good compared to the old tires. ever think about slamming the fenders so there like 1/8" off the tire?

Red, I thought about it. Idk though I think I will just leave them how they are.

On a different note! Remember how each one of my builds has a flat tire? well guess what happened to the Ags? THEY WENT FLAT! It is only the right side one though (that one was a little dry rotten from sitting outside for a few years LOL). Need ANOTHER tube! LOL All in all they are awesome tires. I saw my one friend that works at a gulf oil/ gas station. He is painting his truck to look like one of the gulf cars that are dark blue and orange. I was like ''cool!'' So I was playing with the idea of painting my tractor to look like that. He hooked me up with a couple gulf stickers and one BIG one! (+250 HP tongue

) So I have a little bit of time yet before the build-off ends, so maybe ya never know. It could possibly be gulf colors by the time the build off ends!

you should buy slime you put 6 pumps in it and it will never go flat unless there is a big hole it only 15-25 buck for 1 gallons

Yeah. I don't believe in that slime junk. It's fine for the people that are too lazy to put patches and tubes in their stuff. Too many times I have changed tires that had slime, I'm guessing that you never did? Exactly, let me know what you think of the product after you change about 50 tires that are filled with it! LOL

I also found where the leak is. The PO of the tires (before my buddie got them) wasn't good at changing tires. The really stiff walls probably didn't help much with the cause, but he put two or three little slices in the area that the bead seals. I have some spray on stuff that is meant EXACTLY for that purpose that does work. When the water dries off it tomorrow I will spray some on and see how it works.

no i have had my share of slime, once i had slime in my tire and i wanted new tires so i took the valve stem out and all the slime sprayed out in my face and i was all green but its good stuff for dry rotted tires but i dont like tubes because i always pinch the tube and ruin it

Yeah, I am currently repainting it. (literally I am waiting for the paint to dry right now lol). I ran out of the light blue that you saw in the picture of the trike. So, I went shopping for more and Krylon must have discontinued that color. I went to 3 different stores and none had it EVEN WAL*MART! So I went with a darker blue like I wanted to originally. Got the grille, and the fenders done waiting for the orange on the hood to dry so I can put the blue on. After that I just have to do the running boards and the dash, along with the rims. Then I think I might get Amber lights for on the front. I gave a hint in the chat a few weeks ago on what it is being based off of. I guess I may as well put it up here too. It is being based off this car.

My axles were from a bench grinder. Vise grip was welded to bearing supports (clamp in lawn mower blades to sharpen LOL) I had to sand them down because they weren't perfectly round. I have one in this and the trike, both hold up good. On another note while axles are on the topic. I was putting my fenders back on and realize that my axles move about 1/8" up and down in the case. This may have to do with me not sanding down the axles the best. I will need a new case, I will also have to cut off my hubs to put the new bearings in (previously didn't have bearings Sad

).

I think it looks good with the flat black background. Then there isn't so much orange and blue. Just after the pic was taken i blew the dust off it (sat in the shop for awhile) and my sticker literally fell off the hood. This may have to do with the sticker sitting in my toolbox for a year and a half, also spilling oil on it probably didn't help much Razz

. Now I need to get after my buddy for a few more Gulf Stickers! Also need some amber lights for the front!

Thanks Doug for moving it here so I can post again. I've been busy since the build off ended. I was doin donuts on loose dirt with my ags when the unexpected happened. I split my 3/4 axle I'm my doc locker in half. Case and internals are ok just my axle is in half. So I got an 820 from Red. Came in, changed grease and fixed some stuff yadda yadda yadda and I'm getting ready to put it back in. This is just a test run. If all goes well I will take it back apart and lock the differential. Also noticed both my front tires go flat, this may just be from sitting with the trans out for about a month or so Razz

. Can't wait to get it driving again. Also filled the trans with a thick oil or runny grease or whatever you want to call it. It is called " OO-Grease." Double O grease. Put that in, still need to make a vent/ fill hose. I will put some pics up after I get them off my phone. Hopefully tomorrow.

this is the best tractor i have ever seen theres no dent no holes no rust its simple and which mowers dose better this or your off road craftsman

This. The offroad Craftsman was retired right as I started modding this in the build-off. That is where my V-Twin came from. It is sitting in my trailer next to my shelves and my trike and my gokart. Either way, this did a lot better, faster speed, better tires, better frame, and just all around better. I learned from that and made this one here a lot better.

Dang right? Pulled 'er into my shed and tore the tranny out and open in about five minutes (new record, lol, NASCAR here I come!). This is what I saw.

Now I just put my 820 in and realized my shifter fork is still messed up. I had the ball tightened down like I was told and backed it off a little at a time and it still skips gear. Everyone that owns a gear drive transaxle knows how it feels to shift from one gear to the other right? "click, click, click." Well mine don't do that it just goes really smooth and it gets caught between gear and it grinds really bad. I will probably have to change shift keys when I take my 820 out to replace my shifter shaft with a new/ used one because Tecumseh doesn't make them new anymore mower - LMM's Rally Mower! - Page 5 2429134702

Idk really. It was krylon rattle cans. I think one was deep blue and some kind of Orange. I accidentally used a darker Orange on the seat pan. You can see it in the one picture without the seat on. I'd sooner use the darker Orange anyways, has more contrast with the dark blue.
