Ariens YT11's "Poulan Rally Machine"

ok guys I have decided to enter the build-off.

My tractor is a 2006 Poulan/craftsman tractor that I have had since 2008.
What it allready has:  
This past 6 months it has gotten 22-11x8 AT Carisle Strykers on golf cart rims and 4x4 hubs on the rear and 4-4.00x8 trailer tires on 4x4 golf cart hubs that have been modded by myself to fit the 3/4 spindles. it has gotten bumpers all around, has got assesory lighting for road use(no brake lights yet) and some LED lights on the front.
It has a 16HP Vanguard V-twin with only two mods on it so far, the ristrictor rings on the exhaust removed and the RPM gov, raised with a simple mod every one can do. It has had the original Hydro swapped for a locked Peerless 844 5-speed trans.

 

What It's getting.
It is gonna get a 4-link front suspention credit to CornShuck4CE for the idea. 16-11x8 tires on the front or leaving the trailer tires since I do alot of dirt road travel at 20mph. Gonna eventually get a 4" steel pulley for the trans and run my 6" puley I got for more speed. looking for a diesent cruse speed that isn't WOT. and I am gonna replace the foot throttle to the correct side.  I need to get a starter for my motor as of yet. and install LED lights to all my lights because I hate not having a batt, with useable power. A new batt, and charging system. and just a lot of minor stuff that most everyone here has on their tractors. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the credit bubba. I would have entered the contest. But my mower is over 50% Compleat. But you never know it may be only 10% compleat. Plus at the rate i do to it i never know what ill be doin. Hope itall goes well if i can help anyway let me know.

This is a toughie. It seems over 50% done to me. So here is what im gonna do: Throw you to the dogs... lol. I will qualify you and let the public decide at judging time whether what you have yet to do is sufficient. Good luck!

Good news, my tractor survived a 20 mile trip with no flaws, other than the belt slip I got.
Bad news, I need a better pulley ratio(Speed).

Other than that whats gonna happen
Check list:

4-Link front suspention,
Steering,
rear ATV rack,
pull motor, new gasket,
New exhoust,
tires,
Front Fenders,
rear fender flares with rack.
trans Check up, and gasket.
and,
fix locker

That is all I can think of ATM, I got someone who offerd a rear ATV rack for $100 that is still somewhat new.
I need to redo my ehaoust for the 4-link setup so I'm gonna do shorty duals till I get some pipe to use for the exhoust.

I won't complain too much personally about the 50% done thing. What do I care, I don't make the rules or enforce them, lol. Nice paint job you've got on that machine though.

Its gonna have more supports in the long run but that will not turn very easily unless I really try with a BFH

have you decided what your springs are going to be

not intirely, I think I am gonna stack the springs I got. (your opinion?) so in theroy I'll get 3-4" of travel. I hope anyways.

And last night I got the turnbuckles for it aswell. gonna be doing my own bushings in it till I get nylon ones.

Well my luck just ran out. My trans blew on me. But still drive able

oh that sucks, what is the damage... yah just work with what you have and see what works, thats the most fun and effective method to me because you get to learn about what you are doing better

what did you mean by "drivable" what went in the transaxle

It just blew part of the case not damaging the internals
