Welcome to the forum. Feel free to contact me if you need site help.

Check out others builds in the Tractor Project Builds forums. Some generic stuff to do is a pulley swap (if its not an automatic), more aggressive tires, and a transaxle lock. Making a new throttle helps too so you arent fiddling with the dash all time.

Welcome! Does that 3-speed trans in your tractor happen to be a Peerless 600?

Welcome! If it has an H shifter, it's a peerless 600. It also has a unique shape to it.

i was going to do my build in the winter, but i cant find anyone that sells them in the winter. So thats why i need to do my build in the spring. (it`s probably easier to find lawn tractors in the spring/sumer). Sad I´ll try my best to find one! Hope y'all had a great Christmas.
