Paint it red, put a snapper hood on it, and document @RichieRichOverdrive's reaction. Just kidding, I'd do dual stacks with flappers, bar treads and make her a work horse.

Made my mind up unless i can find a better cheaper machine in time. Im taking the vari drive yard machines and murray widebody LT and two coleman mini bikes the coleman needs a chain tensioner fixed and a new throttle cable have both. The murray needs the bumper fixed because i suck at welding thick metal apparently and a pully swap, it got mud tires today and a romp through an abandoned property it tore the bumper off. The yardmachines has a tire in the shop getting tubed. And i put a temp tire on it for the romp and i was BEATING on it senselessly, and man it just took all the abuse. Then i went for one more round after like 8 hard laps, and she stuttered and died i think either the motor ate some grass or the sparkplug is dirty from all the oil it burns

I bought 3 riding mowers for $300 when I was 15. It was all the money I had in the world that I had gotten doing odd work for neighbors and stuff.. I fixed and sold all 3. Then I took the money and spent it on a side by side, for $1950. Then today I traded it for this. Now I need a trailer and I can pursue my dream of starting a land excavation company. That's what I've always wanted to do in life.

I plan to do something similar. My grandfather had a 2520 John Deere syncro range, and that was my childhood. I want to see if I can find it, buy it back and restore it. Old girl never failed, always started, always put the power out. Sounded good too.

Friend of our gave me his old MTD mower. Not the smaller kind, bigger with hi and low... but still, its an mtd. Jumped it to get it running.... knock knock knock knock. Huh... better check the oil. There like 1/8in of oil on the stick.
Knowing this guy he probably ran it like that. lol

Nice find! Those dual mufflers... I’d be tempted to turn the tips outward and then do dual stacks with flappers. Wet sand and clear coat it, maybe straight pipe it, and that would be an awesome rat rod.

It would be one sick rat rod. It's my brothers so he gets to decide what to do with it. I don't think either of us know what to do with it though. Prolly just gonna sit around until we decide. It runs on starting fluid but it still needs a lot of work. I guess I'll start updating it in the Repair thread.
Funny story, the one thing the guy didn't like about getting rid of it was that it was his shooting stand. That big rust spot on the back of the hood is where he would set something there to rest the gun on and sit on the seat and target practice, lol. That guy had it figured out I must say.

So I had to deal with an issue with my 75 Suburban. Looked at a weld and wondered.... Did I do that? I must be getting better if I am looking at an old weld and think man... I could do way better than that. LOL.
