well once again the video camera i bought off a friend for 10$ failed me i took videos of me going through mud pits and riding this trail, but when i got home there were no videos there so i only have these three picts of it after wards







but actualy i have one video from after i was done riding and ill upload it to youtube for you guys

hey guys im sorry for the lack of videos like usual i need a new camera!!!!!! but just an update. my locker broke and now i dont have posi anymore. i knew my welds were gonna brake. but its still moving. but i cracked the casing of the tranny when i went to take it apart to look at my locker..... DONT USE ENGINE GASKET SEALER TO SEAL YOUR TRANNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNLESSS YOU NEVER WANT IT TO COME APART LOL. so now im runnning the tranny till she brakes and building up a 4spd. heres a video of me trying to climb this creek. i did it with my locker in like 7 times and i did it once after the video is over.

Should try letting some air out of the tires - that would give you better traction. Bring along a lil 12volt air pump to air em up for traveling.

I picked up one of those ' slime ' repair kits for under $15 years ago - it came with a small air compressor- its not enough to pop beads back on, but enough to put air in.

ive actualy thought about doing that for awhile. and i know i should do that. but also the rock was wet and makes it harder to get gri[p

You can pop the beads back on using that compressor and a hand held sledge hammer. While you have the air going to the tire, hit the on the tread and usually you can get the bead to set.

ive tried that and they usually dont pump enough air fast enough to pop the bead back on. the only way ive had it work with those small compressors is to use a rathet strap and tightening it around the tire and... yah but they are nice to just have on the trails

shes all torn down and the frame is painted flat black now, we are gonna go with red again on the body

Are you going to make your own intake?

Prancstaman I think I'm actually gonna rob the twin barrel intake and carb and snorkel set up I have on the 4x4 since this is an 18hp and the 4x4 is a 16hp

Are you planing on a winch i have one on my seats and its saved my butt a few times

On my sears not my seats lol

It had a winch on it but it doesn't work anymore, I'm gonna do a tear down video and see if I can repair it!

Ok cool i hope i geg to see that ive always wanted to see the internals of a winch

i got the 820 back together and locked i used an air fitting in the neutral safety switch hole for a vent tube because i forgot to thread and tap the hole in the rear of the case so i plugged that

Lookin good! im super happy with my 820 as how its held up on my ag tires. Is your input shaft like super long?

It's the 3/4 stepped down to 5/8 and it's really long, I'm gonna have to wait until I get it in to set the pulley

Why as a matter of a fact Mathewd I do have an update she is coming along I got most everything painted it didn't turn out too bad for quick rub down with 60 grit and painting in 20 degree weather I'm not going for  show finish I got this for my 12th birthday and have been beating the hell out of it ever since this year would be ten years and strong for it so I'm just trying to preserve it for as long as possible, I got the motor mounted and the new idler pulleys under her and she's coming along, I did find out that the drain plug area of the 18 hp had a piece missing out so I plugged it and jb welded it






I made new tranny supports out of some 1/4 inch angle


I also took some skate board bearings and made my
Clutch have no play in it

hell yea looking good, I really like the bearing mod in the clutch

i do apologize for the pictures being side ways ive tried flipping the image before uploading and it doesnt do anything, but i think im gonna throw another set of bearings on the frame where it mounts too cc just so it makes it even stronger
