| Well guys I thought it was because of the brackets moving on the frame but I welded them to the frame and now the rear just bolts to them instead of bolting to a bracket that in turn bolts to the frame. | |

| Maybe the section you made to hold the rear axle is flexing when you run it around- needs extra bracing ? Chunk mentioned even on his machine that large angle he used still flexed alot. | |

| That rear end looks solid! Cant see why it wouldnt work! I'd sand and paint that rear end though, before rust totally takes over! | |

| Move all the sprockets inward as far as you can. It looks like the sprockets on the tranny are a little close to the ends of the axle-shafts. but that just being nit-picky... Looks great otherwise. I like it! | |

It looks like the tranny axle shaft needs some support.Would it be possible to mount a pillow-block bearing or possibly a cassette type on the bracket? A parts tractor is relatively cheap.Do you have pictures of the old transmission ,I would like to see where it broke at, if possible.Thanks. | |

| What about looking for a RAGB - run the drive belt to it then a sprocket to the rear axle. | |
