'59 Simplicity Wonderboy 700

Found one on a local craigslist site for 350, paint is pretty good, supposedly all original. 4 spd w/ reverse, H pattern shift. Has carb problems according to the ad. 350 bucks for it all, and it's VERY tempting. Should I look into it?

I did offer 350 on the idea he delivered to within 5 miles of my home. My thoughts are, neutral public location, and the full price would cover his/her fuel to transport it there. I know I have to go as far as 100 miles south to get to my parts supplier for these narrow frame simplicity /allis chalmers mini tractors so... I expressed as much implying it'd be heading straight there. A bit of dirty pool on my part but I do think the price is a tad high otherwise.
