That is not stock pics it had a lift on the back its noticable because it has bigger tires

Yes overhead valves. Plenty of problems! but ive pretty much got her running new. Pumps quite a bit of oil

Any issues with the valves?
Im getting a couple sears suburbans and one of em has that engine. The guy had problems with the engines valve seat coming out of the head.
