Anyone from Central Florida Or does anyone know how to snorkel a 12.5 Flathead needs to easy.

The "right" way to do it would be to make a stainless flange and either a full pvc pipe snorkel or actually make it out of stainless steel. No another way to do it would be to make a flange with pipe welded into it that will bolt to the carb then use vacuum cleaner hose clamped to the pipe to act as your snorkel. This is probably the easiest and cheapest way to do it, but the downside is that it is easily puncturable.

The way I'm going to make mine is use some radiator hose to get the bends then use song black PVC to make the height I want

There are many ways that you can build one. It all depends on what you want to spend and how much materials you have to use.

Either way you'd have to make some kind of flange to adapt it to your carburetor. HERE, Fearlessfront shows how he made his flange and how he made his snorkel.
