I have a craftsman ltv 11 has stock front pulley and 4.5"in the rear what size engine pulley should i use to reach 20 mph

A 1:1 pulley ratio is not likely to get you up to 20 MPH, probably 15 at best, dependant on a few other factors. Keep in mind that even 15-20 on factory steering and brakes is really pushing design and material limitations. Upgrades are strongly suggested.

I wouldn't really suggest going any faster than 15 on sock steering, the tractor will probably walk all over the place at 20.
