here is my list to do to it
1.pulley swap
2. motor work
3. direct steer maybe
4. paint
5. gas pedal
6. re wire
7. find a hood

Is that the murray you mentioned elsewhere? If so, I love their steering design, maybe not for high speed but good for offroad.
