my plan is to have an all around trail mower, mud mower.
this is how it sits now. it has a 4-5in pulleys and does about 15-20 with 23's and a locked 6 spd. i am having tranny troubles but its just the shift pins and it pops in and out of gear because of it. my plans are to atv rack, 25's, snorkel, skid plate, winch, and some other goodies, youlll just have to wait and see. ill get videos up on my youtube Redzz02 ill get one up of how it is now and then ill start building it up

haha yea it does rub, and yes i am making a new exhaust especialy with the tires i put on it today it will rub almost on flat ground tire on the right is an 18 inch tire, they are going on the front
custom fenders for the rear rack to be easily mounted
rear rack modified some
rack support
cut my finger with a hacksaw making the back handle for the rack
steering stops to fit the 18inch tires
tranny cracked open to fix it, you can see the one shift key is snapped in half. i bent the one that was inside of the tranny and i went to bend the second key and snapped in half so i cant get it moving until i find another key
here it is before i started all the work today

hey guys im sorry for the lack of videos like usual i need a new camera!!!!!! but just an update. my locker broke and now i dont have posi anymore. i knew my welds were gonna brake. but its still moving. but i cracked the casing of the tranny when i went to take it apart to look at my locker..... DONT USE ENGINE GASKET SEALER TO SEAL YOUR TRANNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNLESSS YOU NEVER WANT IT TO COME APART LOL. so now im runnning the tranny till she brakes and building up a 4spd. heres a video of me trying to climb this creek. i did it with my locker in like 7 times and i did it once after the video is over.

Should try letting some air out of the tires - that would give you better traction. Bring along a lil 12volt air pump to air em up for traveling.
I picked up one of those ' slime ' repair kits for under $15 years ago - it came with a small air compressor- its not enough to pop beads back on, but enough to put air in.

You can pop the beads back on using that compressor and a hand held sledge hammer. While you have the air going to the tire, hit the on the tread and usually you can get the bead to set.

ive tried that and they usually dont pump enough air fast enough to pop the bead back on. the only way ive had it work with those small compressors is to use a rathet strap and tightening it around the tire and... yah but they are nice to just have on the trails
