If you fallow my Blankcreations youtube account you may already know all about this tractor. But for those that don't, this is the tractor my buddy and I will be building over winter for him. It is an international cub cadet (not the ones used for pulling) but it is one heavy little tractor. I'm not completely sure of his plans for this, but this is what i know. -Plans (that I know of) Bigger engine complete re-wire atv tires Bumpers front and back Possi and smaller rear pullie
Here is a picture as it sits
But this is what he plans it to be like.. (inspiration)

Thats cool - years back i never thought id mod my agway , just add some larger rear wheels eventually - the setup is evolving with ideas, gathering of parts - too bad my nephew's atv was repo'ed ( his dead beat dad didnt pay on it) to try it out against when its done ( eventually).
All it takes is some ingenuity, time and cash.

That's similar to the Cub 382 we built for my cousin. We built his for speed, and that sucker was way too fast. At the time mine would run out to 45mph and he would walk all over it. This was taken as we started stripping it down

We worked on the cub a little today, and it is some what starting to take shape.
New shoes!
And a better look at the new tires.
And then we tore in to it. We removed the hood for easyier access. Then the old 7hp briggs made its way out. We also removed about 20lbs of old hangers, deck levers and handles. Next the old rusty seat was removed. And then to top it off we wire brushed the tractor all over, to start to get that rust off.

It was really nice out today, considering its January lol.. So my buddy came over, and he made some progress. As I was wrenching on my Wheel Horse, he was painting his wheels, and pulling the engine and wiring harness out of a donor tractor. But that's all for today! Here's a couple pictures.
Stripping the donor
All of the wheels match now

I like those rear tires- id suggest using a turf style tire for the front tho, my stock agway originally had those 'bald ribbed tires' , thing wouldnt steer worth a dang in the mud ( super thick black 'muck' dirt )- would 'plow ' sideways- i swapped on a pair of turf tires and it steered tons better.
