i have a craftsmen 2 lawn tractor that i did a pulley swap on as well as put 25in 4wheeler tires all the way around it and a nice wheelie bar to keep it from flipping (which i have done several times b4 installing) i also made a removable snorkle so i can go deep. i swapped my clutch pedal to the deck engage lever on the dash because tires were rubbing the pedal. the mower will float across my lake with me on it. im thinking of converting it to 4x4 using a transaxle in the front with some slip yolks to steer with. if anyone has any ideas on how to help me they would be appreciated

Looks pretty mean!  Looks like you might have a bent a spindle there... those big tires have some leverage!

i need bigger front tires and better steering or blocks to lock it from going to far... thats a really cool mudder
