| I'd check the valve lash.... I'm thinking it is an overhead valve engine. I think the valves are gapped too small and your intake is staying open once the engine warms up
Forget the carb and governer for now, and check the basics... valve lash first, then timing
Just my two cents | |

| Well I'm trying to get a set of valve spacers so I can measure the gap between the rocker arm and valve. I have some I just can't find them lol | |

| Ok so I've been doing research online about the lmh 32 walbro carbs. Apparently there are 2 oem replacement for those that fits the tecumseh oh160. It's the walbro whg 17-1 and 16-1. The first one (17-1) has an adjustable high speed jet and the 16-1 doesn't. But everything else like the Venturi size are the same on those as the lmh 32. | |

you can just get a set of feeler gauges from a local auto parts store, probably for less than 10 bucks | |

| Is there an air filter on it? Is it bolted to the block good and tight? | |
