70's ish craftsman mud mower

I got this mower for free a couple of days ago and it had a blown 8hp i have since switched that to a 12hp with a 4-1/2 pully on front and a 3-1/2 soon to be on the back and i have 20" atv tires on rear and stock fronts but i still have to put pully on rear and buy a belt then weld up front axle and tighten up the steering and maybe take mower deck off but i think ill leave mower deck on untill it snows because on my other mud mower i got pulled over for not haveing a mower deck because it was considered an atv lol so this ones gunna look like it mowes but at about 30mph

WOW they pull people over for not having a mowing deck . Good God the cops need something better to do . Next they will issue citations for having fun without a permit.

Take your mower deck off and pull a trailer with a farm triangle. The. It is considered an agricultural vehicle. I have talked to many cops and they have all said this.

I got pulled over for basically the same thing but he gave me a written warning for driving a motorized vehicle on the sidewalk so now I'm gonna get a triangle and drive on the road and they can't touch me!!!!!!

Standard drivers license. The Florida state law says that the vehicle must display a high reflection triangle and the driver must have a state license

Over here we don't need anything but at least a permit Because we have a stronG agricultural economy

See I'm not sure how that would work out since I live in the suburbs of Chicago?... "Outside if Chicago"
