Hey its been awhile since I posted anything but I have a Honda gx200 clone and I'm going to do some slight modifications bps-2 cam, drilled jet, and.high flow air filter, but I was wondering what I could do to make a better flowing exhaust I like how the stock one is quite but I know its restrictive so is there anything I could do to make it flow better and be quiet (PS I dont have a welder)

for better flow, your only gonna get louder without a welder and thats 1. order a pipe offline which will be the loudest, and 2. drill holes in the existing muffler, but then you risk getting metal down in the cylinder unless you remove it

I guess you can't have it all. Bit I'll see if there is a screen that catches sparks at the opening of the muffler I could grind off

Don't have a welder huh... Well if the exhaust is threaded I'd say run it to the back of the tractor open. Won't be quieter from an "onlooker" standpoint, Bu it would be quieter for you!
