Question about a tranny

I been eyeballin my Quadractor build and thinking about transmissions. Does any one know of a f/n/r or multispeed gear box that has two horisontal shafts out one side. or possibly either side might work as well? It would have be fairly small. I think I have about six inches between the cykinder and the swingarm uprights. There would be enough space to get a small gearbox in there. An old Harley or Indian trans with the reverse would be perfect, but I aint got 6 grand.
