more pics of stuff ive done to make this thing more lagit.

finished up the exhoust last night, went on a short run down the drive an back up thru the feild. the throttle is still set up like a stock lower would
be but using the gas peddle. i do not like it this way, so im thinking tac install in the near future. maybe that "tinny tack" briggs offers plus it has an hour meter as well.
dont really care but it would be interesting to know how much time i spend riding vs tinkering. lol

here a pic of the hub spacers i made out of some of that "rigid" under ground conduet. its 3/4 inner diamiter so slips right on for a snug fit.

welded this bracket on to the exhoust an made use of a exhisting bolt hole in the chassis.

heres the "header", it had two 90's in it already so i hacked the second one off an turned it, then grabbed an extra peice to extend it to the first piping i bent up.
also straitend it out a bit for more flow(as if it was needed) but more so to get it tucked up closer to the frame.

that exhoust hanger in the back ground is were it sat before, looks like i gained about a inch to me.

and then i noticed this. Evil or Very Mad

OK.... soooo im not totally sure what this is all about but my light was just chilling out dangling when i walked out to snap these few pics. I've walk all around where I'd been on it an even checked a few places that i hadn't just incase i blew the lends around when taking care of the leaves. honnestly im confused... theres plenty of clerence in there an ive even shoved the hood back as fare as i can (agressivly btw) still plenty of room. oh well no biggy i guess, just hope i can find another and id be glad to find some new ones since these are hazed any way.

thanks for looking!!! geek

Very similar to my exhaust job on my LT1000. Nice job. Mine is right under the right foot rest, so it doubles as a foot warmer. Laughing

That ain't no good. Get some off road lights. That would blow them stock lights away.

I tell ya those LED lights are bright as hell - i bot a pair of small 8 LED lights on clearance at an autoparts store - ive yet to see them lit , but years ago i put a string of LED 'neons' under my old 85 LT12 one night to see how bright it was - heck it lit an area about 8' all around it .

Plus is the small electrical draw.
