3 to 1(3) is going to be way fast, and unless you have a custom frontend, way dangerous. 3 to 2(1.5) is still going to be pretty quick, depends on your transaxle. With 4in front, and 3 in rear pulleys(1.33), on a Peerless 600 transaxle, and with stock 18.5 tires, we were 35 to 40mph.

Well im going with 12 up front, should I do 6 in the back? I run a 6 speed Peerless MST-206 with 18" rear tires. I want fast but not too fast. Itll be direct steer with stock front spindles until I can make new ones.

Recommendation on belt keepers... Check out the belt gates that Stretch came up with. They allow top and bottom belt loss protection and you don't have to loosen or remove anything to replace the belt. We have not had any issues with belts coming off since we started using them. The gates consist of a bar above and a bar below the belt, about an inch from the pulley. He even added bars to either side of the belt to help the belt open up to reduce the pulley dragging/grabbing with the clutch in. Pretty quick to install and you can set it and forget it.

The current video is the rebuilt clutch. I came up with another prototype last night that I want to try but I need to gather materials first, so itll be tried out later on.

So I completely tore down the Agway frame of good parts and tossed it aside. Why? Box frames are hard to work on. Plus, I got something better, a Craftsman frame which originally had the transaxle I was using. Because I changed to something else, the thread will now be titled

until I can come up with something better.
Anyways, here is my update about me switching over to the new frame. I actually made a video today on what I did work on, so that will be up within the next 24 hours.

Well last night I was freaking out because I thought I put the clutch on the wrong side, and turns out I didnt. Cool beans.
So today I worked on steering. I think I will just stay with the stock Craftsman steering box, because it is nice and tight. I tore the steering wheel off and mounted it and also worked on the dash some. I have an idea for my brake pedal and an idea for my gas pedal, because I cant use a hand mount throttle with a regular steering setup.
Made a video on the clutch, should be up tomorrow.
