made a hub for the sprocket
start of engine mount
engine mounted
exhaust and gas tank mounted
all i have to do now is make gaurds and do throttle and fuel lines

And good job. thanks but my neighbors get mad when it is that loud and i want to drive it to school in the mornings We made our own mufflers on big RC 2 strokes, General rule of thumb, the diameter of the outlet hole, will be made using say 3/16 drillbit in several holes.
So say its a 20mm hole, then you can block it off and drill 10, 2mm holes. Then it wont destroy the tuned pipe. but give a muffled sound.
