snorkel almost done. slight modification left to add airbox
still need to buy a belt tho. now that i have a length figured out i can go buy one.

and for those of you who got on me before about having a shroud.... i found one that fits off of an old 12.5 hp flathead i once had.

ive yet to run it with the shroud. or my finished exhaust. so i wont know how it sounds.

Just a suggestion: you might want to eventually upgrade that cast aluminum pulley... they will wear out (I've done it), and it'll take the belt with it when it goes.

where do i find a better pulley?

I got mine at a local surplus store - www.glenssurplus.com . A stamped steel or a machined pulley would be better.

hah i wish... waiting for my belt to come in. they were out of stock in my size... and just need to add my airbox in still. need to pick up the parts for it. hopefully this weekend ill have it moving and a new vid up

I decided to go higher and simpler I'm trying to save up as much money a I can for my rzr buggy project. I found these parts in my garage so it was free and tomorrow I may try to put the k&n on it I was in a hurry to go mudding

oh even better. lol. yea. i need to buy a few more parts to lift mine higher and bolt it tight to the body. than add my airbox on so the rain doesnt soak in

Ya I still have to fab up a box of some sort to block the water and mud too

im thinking about using a 1 1/2" to 3" reducer and making a removable cap and cutting slots in the bottom for air. i would draw a picture but im not the best at that
