Not necessarily, bracing it can fix that or you could do the "Break-Away" stack like Doc did. Btw, tire ideas? pulley swaps? leaving vari-drive or swapping to a normal transaxle and clutch?

| Yea I guess but sometimes a stack can save you from getting hurt if the mower does flip. But either way, down here there really isn't anything to flip on cause it's mostly flat. Also this thing only goes 5 and a half mph lol. I think Id be more worried about me than a stack ripping off haha. | |

We'll I've been thinking about finding a manual transaxle to fit in this MTD, and then pulley swap it but that's about it for right now. I'm just working on my murray for now.

| My 2 cents on a stack. Well thay look pritty cool but thats about it. Brakeing it off is the least of my worrys. If you only gonna be in mud an deep water sure stack ok. BUT. Where i live most of what we do where i live you get ever so close to flipin or turnin over every time we go ride. So mor than tearing it off id worry about stabbin a really hot peace of pipe in my chest becouse i thought i could make it up that pile of dirt. As for me NO STACK. and its gonna have a hood. Thats why my tracters dont have stacks. | |

| Well I don't think we're gonna put a huge stack on it, only a little a over the hood mostly for sound and just keep it out of the water if it stalls so he can restart it and I agree on the roll overs with a stack been there done that not pleasant, but if he rolls it it shouldn't break off cause the hood will protect it. We were talkin bout making some floaters for canal riding we may make this one | |
