SO, Whats your plan?

Yeah so, Most of us who are still kids, or kids at heart (Entire forum maybe?) Have either been asked, or thought about the zombie apocalypse. SO, Here's my question: What's your plan, or if you don't have a distinct one, what are your tools of survival? DO you have multiple plans for it? Let's hear them all!

ANd to be fair, these are mine, (spark some creativity here);

FOr the classic biters: Running around totally encase in plate armor(Like the medieval knights): being a blacksmith, I can make my own >

For the limp dead ones whom can still retain memories and what not: Moving to Alaska: (below freezing temperatures, since blood cant flow in a corpse or moves at a slower rate) it's easier to freeze!, thus rendering them useless...


For the incompitant...:Barricading myself in a 12"x19" shed with a 15 gauge cage on the windows, and nixe 1' thick walls..

my tools of survval.... hmm i think for a vehical i would take a horse easy to feed and if you need food you can eat it. a crossbow the sound of a gunshot could attract unwanted attention and a flashlight with a lot of extra batterys

tools: none
consumables needed to survive: Bubble gum, Zipties, and Tuck Tape.

Plan:
Steal the nearest 4x4 SUV and find a metalworking shop and make the vehicle have a very thick wall barricade and have a big supply of your consumable then watch everyone around you from the somewhat comfort of your new home and make sure you park in a very big grocery store in the middle of no where so when you need food you drive through the door and take as much as you please.

The only problem i found so far with my plan is to find a big grocery store in the middle of no where.


What would i actually do?
id probably do nothing and think everyone who says its real is stupid then end up i guess getting attacked.

lol i do metal working and some gunsmithing and reloading so im covered on weapons, i also make my own bow and arrows, my hunting bow is a oak long bow with a 45 lb pull back and 28 inches,
for food i hunt, been doing it all my life, and for a home base, i know where a 2200 square foot house is in the middle of nowhere, that has 22 security cameras and steel doors, in the middle of 1000 acres, that is the best hunting land around, i also make gun powder, fuses, and have 2 cannons ive made, that same house has a water wheel on a creek, and slar panels so im good on the electricity

My idea was to move very far North. Kind of live like an eskimo kind of deal. Have guns and a crossbow, cut trees for heat, hunt for food, and use a snowmobile and/ or a dirtbike to get around.

Doug im thinking the same maybe they wont like the cold lol or i was thinking id steal as much supplies as i could get take a boat and head to a good size island lol or i know near me a place that use to be a missle silo and has its own air strip lol

Well, hopefully by then I'd have my bus finished so I'd load up a few 4 wheelers and the dirtbike with a bunch of parts and tools and join up with TRB and Strech.

im gonna get all my uncles guns, all my guns, and the biggest truck i can find. then make a run for the coast. steal a boat. and fish.

My plan was to live in a lake off the shore of a big city like Syracuse new York. Get a huge sailboat, or any boat and just keep towing boats out to the middle of the lake. Rope them all together and make a massive island, 20-40 boats and use the dual from the boat to cook the fish and filter the water. Go to shore for supply's occasionally.

The way zombies work I dont think they would be able to survive the cold. Since they arent alive they dont produce body heat, so the subzero temps should freeze them.

Well my first priority would be to git my family togther while gathering supplys and weapons. Main weapon would be a semi auto 22 with 25 round clip make an improvised supressor and head for the swamps. Find me a place in the middle of no where hopefully they will drown or git stuck in the mud way before they git to me and just git what i need from the swamp. I like the idea of alaska but im not a fan of cold.

I plan on grabbing all the fun and all of my family and going to this private property that I play in the mud at. It's like 15,000 acres and you have to have a key to get in. It's in the middle of no where and not that many people go out there. It has deer bear turkey Andnoretty much anything else you can think of. It has multiple moonshine stills so will always have liquor to drink and also has a fresh water canal going through it.

if i were a zombie first thing i would do is attack the careless and clumsy and build a small army then attack all of you one by one lol

I would probably do something similar to what most people on here are saying... but I'd be half tempted to load up with guns, ammo, and supplies, and take the top of the office building I work in. The top 2 floors are pretty secure once you lock the elevators out. Then we could spend days sniping them from the windows. Not a terribly smart plan as I'd eventually have to go after supplies in the middle of a small city, but whatever.

Doesnt matter if you are the zombie, because you die and your body moves on its own. You arent you anymore.

If use my dads truck (7.3 it'll never stop) we have lots of red fuel at the hose I could use, put the BA costum bumpers on it, stock up my horse trailer (heavy duty it would keep most walkers out) that would be my emergency plan. Id make a sword out of steel we have at the house. My dad is a horse shoer so we have a furnace to heat metal and anvils and hammers.
