Buffalo Tools 4 1/2" angle grinder FIRE !!!HAZARD!!!

well ive had my buffalo Tools pro angle grinder for about 5 weeks now and today i was working on my camper fixing the front left jack after it just got rusted stuck i took a wire wheel and threw it on the grinder and about 5 mins into grinding the grinder seizes up then starts working again for about 10mins the it starts to smoke and next thing i know its on fire burning the hair off my arm and burning my hand :l this grinder is $19.99 it comes with a ginding disc its not to bad but the grinder is unsafe to use.

Umm... Warranty?

there is no warranty just the stores 30 day warranty and im 6hours away from that store i bought it from and i bought the dang thing at walmart it was $30.00 then they did a clearance on alot of tools and the grinder was only 19.99 after the clearance :l but ima take it back next monday when i get home and see if they will replace it
