If you have a Harbor Freight around they have multimeters for only $5 that's what I use and it works just fine for light duty use

Oh yeah, there's one by my dad's work.

So back on subject guys, anything I can do to my ignition before I put the flywheel on? It all looks fixed. I tried to clean it up, but that's it.

There's nothing in the manual.

I stand corrected, there is something in the manual, but it doesn't apply to my engine.
