So now it's running and driving it will be pulley swapped on a 1:1 gear ratio. I will try and get some pictures on here soon.

Looks a bit smoky. See if fresh oil does anything for you. What's there might be a little thin. Is it just me, or was it surging pretty badly while riding? That's a cool muffler, looks like a Cherry Bomb and sounds good, too. Where did you source that?

After running it for a while the smoke stopped completely but I do need to change the oil. It sounded like it was surging because the fuel/air mixture was awful! I adjusted it and it ran fine. The muffler is crazy and makes a pretty good sound too. Got the mower off of eBay.
