hey yall i have slight problem i just got my craftsman lt 1000 and it has an 11 hp b&s but i dont know where to connect the stator to the wire harness the engine has a 2 prong but i dont see the same on wire harness please help

Was that the original engine on that tractor?

Examining that plug closely- you'll see that one wire has a shrink-wrapped diode in it. That's your DC charge wire. The other wire is your AC lighting wire.

so with that wire with the electrode where do i hook it up to and how do i hook up the lighting wire

The hot wire from your battery where it connects to the solenoid. There will be a smaller red wire there that is where is the wire from your stator hooks into the wire with the electrode. That charges your battery and the other wire coming from your stator hooks into your lights
