I am building for speed starting with just a pile of parts and no mower. But in the end it will look like one. I got a 36" live axle 35 chain and sprockets. Power plant is going to be a Kawasaki 130d off of one of my old carts.

I got the main frame cut. It was a combination of measuring and mortaring last night and re measuring and cutting this morning. Not going to weld it quite yet because it is raining but maybe later this week.

just need tires, rims, hubs, rebuild engine, make hood and supports, get a seat and make supports, figure out steering and paint. But other than that its done.

I think I have that exact same sprocket on my Yard Machine.

ok guys I have a question. What engine should i use? i have two options a kawasaki 130d, which is what i was planning on using, or a harbor freight predator 212cc. I have both engines. I think the kawasaki would look better with the paint job that i am thinking of doing but the predator has 2x the power so i dont know.

Would be nice to see a mockup up or know more what you gonna build before giving advice on what engine to use

I have come up with an idea to have the ability to use both engines. I will build it for the bigger one the predator but then I would also be able to put the smaller kawasaki on it if I wanted.

Its not that bad they are on a lot of jon boats.

so I might be getting some aluminum wire and argon gas just to try aluminum welding. With it I will be making the seat support and the hood support I think

What welder are you using to aluminum weld? My boss has a Millermatic 220 but I really dont want to spend like $800 on a spool gun for it.
