Moose's Diesel Massey

I vote wides they do better in bottomless mud and they will pull any hole a skinny will however they wont go through a hole with a bottom as fast as a skinny tire. thats why all the old mud racers run skinnys

I'm leaning fats I want traction over anything this will only see mud every so often otherwise it'll be loose dirt and whatnot

well I went skinny just for giggles will put the 12 12s on the case for pulling. I puttered around digging out my mud pit with them and that was pretty insane >.> locked rear executioners just made me smile never took the diesel over half throttle too just didnt need a lot of power to dig up the pit and they even cleared pretty good didnt haul a ton of mud back up to the house.

Well pretty sure the injector on the massey bit the dust I can get it to start but it wont run just puffs out the white smoke a few times and dies so gonna have to order one of those :v other than that havent done much with the tractors been plotting mostly gotta save up for a set of iroks for the truck and maybe a couple other things before I can get back into the swing of things with the tractors

Wow been a minute since I did much of anything on the massey. So I conned redline into helping me aquire a set of sears suburban fenders for the massey was getting tired of the way the seat pan thing looked stok it was just to high up and it wasnt even lined up with the tires correctly so after some massaging of one fender to get the dents out I mounted them up!

Semi bolt on fit on the one side only had to drill a couple holes other side was measure 40 times drill 3.

It looks alot more tractory and the executioners also look kinda like tractor tires so it all fits! Id like to see a set of vampires keep up with those babys!

Well its been a year... I remember watching the video of junkstar at the mowrons place starting it all that need to build something awesome. I started off wanting a rally tractor and turned it into a pulling tractor. I like to think that this project inspired me to take things in my life in a different direction and try to think bigger with projects and goals at first I was satisfied with the idea of just adding new tires and a coat of paint then I started tinkering and started with bigger and bigger ideas slowly dropping each in place and now due to this one little tractor I have to many projects and ideas to count...

I just hope they dont all take a year to complete!

Well guys I'd say it's a sad day but I'm not feeling sad. The Massey has departed the garage to a new home and a new tinkerer! After exchanging a large sum of money the Massey was loaded up (almost bending a set of aluminum ramps) and left my life to be painted and pulled in a way that I can stand behind! The money will finish the Deere pay medical bills and put a my its in the case 226 tank. So guys if you really put the effort in you can build something someone will pay a good bit of money for!

Sad to see it go... Now get that Deere ready for Haspin already!!

I wish I could go this year but it's looking like they won't approve my request for time off they said I put in for it way to early (aka they lost the papers) and are making me resubmit them

Massy sold?? Didn't see that coming! Well neither did anyone when I sold my speed mower so I don't blame you
