| Ok guys so I got a few parts on the way I got a fatboy exhaust from T-dub \o.o/ gonna sound epic and look good chrome on red on grey! I got a couple snowhog tires for the front while out with stretch and TRB they are the perfect size lol And I got a craftsman 6 speed hi/low on the way! I have craftsman rims in the barn attached to a old hi/low tranny we broke (is my parts tranny now) I am thinking some 25x12x12 tires for the rear so itll look pretty nifty well see :p As soon as I get the time and the temperture gets up above 30+ I will start working! Hopefully I can keep off the overtime till april or something but I always have sundays off so that will make life easier! | |

| Alright guys in preparation for the video update tomorrow I got a ***** ton done today bought bolts and lugnuts for the hubs got some more diesel for the diesel lol got gear oil for the tranny and a few other odds and ends Before I bored the hubs Bored them to 7/16ths perfect fit for some 7/16ths grade 5 bolts I stuffed in there going to weld them to the hub so I dont have to worry about them coming loose Lotsa wd40 and hammering= broken screwdriver and back pain! Wheels before the lugnut conversion Sexy after conversion shot :p I mocked it up and daaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm even with turfs that is on fine looking rear end side shots! The pipes Tdub sent me Gear oil for the tranny not sure I got the right stuff Disk brake off the old tranny may try to use it on the new one since it has a drum... So anyway guys hope you enjoy the mockup because I know I did worth every bit of work I put into her! | |

| if ya weld them studs, just put a small tack on it... too much heat will ruin the temper on the grade 5 or grade 8 bolts

| Well I ordered a pulley for the engine today this thing is starting to turn into a puller build pretty quick when I started off just wanting to make a trail rider it still will but itll just look cool lol. I ordered a 10.25" cast iron pulley from grainger it weighs 6# and will give ma a tad over a 1:1 ratio itll be like 1:1.13~ so she wont stall out to easy but also wont be that quick on the throttle. http://www.grainger.com/product/V-Belt-Pulley-4RYU1?s_pp=falseI also got my other footpedal in the mail! woo! so I will have matching clutch and gas pedals which will be awesome and I figured out a way to do the brake so it works like a oshi brake and doesnt mess with my clutch! | |

| Save up for a gas MIG. You'll thank yourself later... Flux core wire is awful! Stick is great for the frame and thicker metal because it gets awesome penetration, but a gas mig is the way to fly when working on these machines. Much more versatile. | |
