Nice little update, that hitch should help pull in your logs and win some competitions lol- admit it, it did make for good entertainment, but at your expense, been there, flipped that haha, you're not alone. Good to see johnny in video, that yellow should be great in the woods romping.
Yeah you gotta live and learn and get a few more views/subs :p The deere may be a participant in a little side project I have been looking into "Plastidip paint" > Same for the massey if it works.
And there you go, admins, the name for your new section...
Work-Utility Tractors.
Well thats why I built the massey I needed a tractor to pull anything, the craftsman is a hydro so its just mowing now we are gonna use the massey for pulling heavy stuff and the deere for pulling in mud saves the craftsman at least

Alrighty I been kinda neglecting the massey for a bit between overtime and a serious lack of motivation. So I decided I am pretty disappointed with the overall look of the massey at this point it is tilted towards the front the tires are really to wide in the back and the list goes on...
To resolve this I am going to swap the fronts for some kenda x grips and in the rear I'm going to swap in some kenda executioners 25 8 12s I also need to put a battery in the back for lights and whatever else :p
And the last major change long term will be a supercharged China diesel. Seeing as someone beat me to turbo I decided to try something different and maybe even a propane injection.
So anyway the plotting and scheming continues as I get bored and save up overtime.
Also if anyone is interested in the 24 10.5 12s let me know not sure I'd use them for much else

I couldnt stand it any longer I havent had the massey running in about a month and honestly I was getting emo sad since I took its wheels for the deere so I stopped at the tire place a ways down the road and picked up some meats for her I got some kendas and some rims for the kendas there had them mounted and everything got home got them on and fired her up!
She steers like a tank with the weights on so I may mess with the steering but thats rather doubtful lol

Can you get a measurement on how tall those tires are? 16" or 18"? I need to find some tires for the front of my rig that will look good for highway speeds and not wear out in 100 miles

Yeah doc I was thinking about just welding in a pin or something pretty sure I have some square stock somewhere
their 18s however I wouldn't recommend using these at anything above 20mph for more than you would regular tires as far as I know they are nhs

Either way they look great on there! how do you like yours so far? I love mine!
Even if they are NHS I'll still use them because they look like a diecent tread depth and design. I need to see if my fenders will allow 18" tires. LOL

Ok so that's actually pretty cool that they are highway approved I haven't done much with them yet need to upgrade the bearings in the hub and find a better way to lock them on but I absolutely love the look and feel they give the massey I will probably put a bigger steering wheel on to turn easier

I agree I liked the tri ribs I had on my wheel horse, but I always wished they were taller. Im also happy they are a hair wider, because my tri ribs liked to sink fast in the mud on the heavy old horse. I think they are the perfect front tire for our style mowers

I vote wides they do better in bottomless mud and they will pull any hole a skinny will however they wont go through a hole with a bottom as fast as a skinny tire. thats why all the old mud racers run skinnys
