oh I was referring to everything not just the tractor. Tractor front end is in sad shape. Steering arms are bent, spindles are slightly bent, and the front axle has been pushed back. All that has caused the tires to go balled. Rear is starting to slip going up hills. Thought it was the belt so we thought a new one on last year but didnt fix the issue. Pull start on the weed wacker wont go back in and the other one is broken. The plastic gears in the front wheel drive push mower wheels have been grinded down so it dont work and the other one is blown. The seeders are rusted up solid and crumbling and the blower sprays gas all over you and acts like its gonna blow the rod out the block. It's almost 25 years old. Plow is in great condition. Gonna hopefully fabricate some mounts to us it on the quad.

Finally got my 4 personal tractors done and out of the way. Cub Cadet is fully tuned and ready for mowing season how ever the 2 valve cover gaskets need to be replaced. Forced to degrees the whole frame and engine block. Southern States mud mower clutch springs have been upgraded, tires back on the bead from what it popped of, and some electrical problems solved. My Gilson with the snow blower has a clutch spring upgraded and Finally narrowed down the ground issue where half the time is will turn of and half the time it won't turn off. Come to find out the ground cable coming from the batterybto the starter gen went bad. All clutch issues I was having are fixed on my blue Montgomery Ward. Rear rack and loading the front tires down is all thats left.

Finally the last part I ordered in the beginning of December for all the tractors have arrived yesterday. New project in the shop. It a '00 Craftsman Gt 22hp that's getting a plow. Counting the Craftsman theres 10 total that need done before spring for grass cutting season. My Gilson with blower and the 2 gilsons at the end will be restored. The one might not be salvageable but ill try and see if its possible. Yes I threw the Jacobsen Homelite [General Lee] in to the mix. Thats getting done this year but last on the list to get done. Other projects along side these are push mowers, weedwackers, chain saws, and a generator oh and a pleasure washer. It has turned into a full on Small Engine Shop around here since November.

You are really keeping busy there! Is that craftsman a hydrostatic?

Yes its a hydrostatic. Almost want to keep it but I have no use for it. It looks like a super stout Transaxle with hydrostatic lines and even a oil filter which caught me off guard.

Oh yeah. Those hydros are huge. Never used one but I have one sitting in the trans pile from a GT we scrapped. Haven't had a chance to see how it runs but it looks like it would move a mountain.

Is yours a 2 speed by any chance? I have a 2 speed 2500 peerless in mine. They are very good transaxles.

If you could load it down enough for traction I bet it would. Id like to get a Eaton 11 in a tractor.
