I love your site!
My name is Dave and I live in Mid-MI. I plan on building a ATLT this spring and am collecting parts this winter. I am looking for some cheap ATV tires at the moment. I currently have an old Massey MF12 that I plow and pull with, a Craftsman LT4K that I mow with, and a Craftsman 12/38 that I will be making the ATLT out of. I have learned alot by watching Fearless and RedneckCG and also by reading posts on here. Can't wait to get going on my project but it is currently -6*F here. It's cold!!! | |

| I am working on a racing mower with a mtd veri-drive and an mst 206 peerless and im using the veridrive shift linkage for the peerless. I am working on the trans in my shop and hope to get the tractor this spring!  the tractor i am using is a 1982 mtd with a 10hp briggs, which i am going to change to a v twin, hopefully! | |

| I would like to say that it is nice to see there is a community of people out there that have the same passion that I do about lawn tractors. I have been looking to get a project started for the last few years and have finally found the right lawn mower which was free. It is an older Murray with a 16h B&S and a 2348 transaxle, it does have a 42 inch mower deck that is not attached along with a snow blower. The reason that I picked this site is because of how many members have customized their lawnmowers and the wealth of knowledge they may be able to provide me.
Some of the things that I will be doing to my Murray include going to bigger tires, 4 inches of lift to accommodate larger tires or clutch lever hits tires, pulley swap, custom bumper, custom glass pack exhaust, utility rack, custom gas peddle which will require moving the brake peddle and a few other things I am sure that I am forgetting. I will take pictures as I go. | |
