Then how come ours says turbo diesel on the side and theirs doesn't? And how come ours has a turbo PSI gauge on the dash, and theirs doesn't?  And how come when you rev it or accelerate on the highway in ours it makes a screaming turbo noise and theirs doesn't?

Yours has mods. The boost gauge is aftermarket, they never had that. The badge is different for every engine model. Yours also probably has an exhaust and tune. That’s where you get the sound

Well we bought it used.  We were jump starting another car when we first bought it.  I looked at the engine, saw the turbo, and it was like the size of a cantaloupe. I figured that wasn't stock, but the guy we bought it from didn't say anything about mods.  Didn't say it was stock though.

An NA diesel is an absolute turd. Any diesel after 2000 has a turbo. (Automotive, USA. Dunno about other markets)

Take four and i'm finally satisfied with how it works. Simple little sandblaster that I made real quick outta some recycling. I use sifted play box sand that is oven dried as medium and I find its not to aggressive and works just fine to clean off rust out of hard to reach spots like a carb bowl that I cleaned out.

That looks like it works well, i will need to try that when i get another compressor .

On another note i offered 150 for the four mowers on craigslist and i think he is going to take it !

Look exactly like Fearless' Sears.  Same engine, tires, exhaust, etc.

yeah that's one reason why I don't want it. It's a copy and I don't like finishing other people's projects. I'd rather get a stock sears and start building my own one.

It’s gone because I’m buying it. It’s a 1962 wheel horse 702. It’s in pieces with no engine, front rims or tires but everything else is there and I’m getting it for $150. I already have a motor picked out for it and a potential build off name too. It would be a mudder Beal.

Well at least you didnt do it. You should see the nasty dinger I put in my truck door. Nothing feels worse than hurting your own baby.

Oh this thing is definitely my baby. I’m really not THAT mad about the damage, I was gonna replace the front fenders and front bumper this summer anyway. I’m just mad that someone can be that inconsiderate.

The impalas of this body style ALWAYS get rust at the bottom of the front quarters there between the door and front wheel. This car just hides it fairly well because of the color, but has really been bugging me for a while. The bumper has a couple scrapes from before I got it, and it’s the base bumper. The LS bumper is a little more aggressive and has the fog lights. Just a nicer looking front end, but very subtle.

Now I finally have a reason to do it and I won’t even have to pay for it...I hope. Still waiting on the insurance to get back to me.

All the damage on this car was either done before I got it or was done when I was nowhere near it. And people grab the “oh sh*t” handles regularly. Mom backed into it once and bent a fin on my grille, grandpa scraped the front corner on the brick wall pulling into his driveway (driveway is dug into a hillside), and now this.

Sometimes I crash into things on purpose. But maybe that doesn't count.

As nice as it is to come up with your own ideas, I think it's pretty cool that more than just a couple people have made copies of his murray.
If you think about it, some random guy does some mods to a cheaper brand riding lawn tractor and posts some videos. Then all of a sudden, there's
a bunch of people trying to make copies of it. It's kind of interesting. I've seen 3 or 4 different ones online at least that were either exact copies or trying to copy the look.
