Haspin Acres 2020 - Confirmed Participants

There are requirements for going this year that must be met before arrival, and they are posted below.

The date is still June 10-14th.

Please only reply to this thread once you get your confirmation email, that way we can get a general head count.

So, let me give you a run down on what will happen next...

We will reopen tomorrow, Friday May 8th, at 9am. Since we are required to limit the number of customers we can allow through the gate, we have decided to try the pre-registration approach. This means that in order to get in the park, you MUST pre-register first. You will not be required to pay in advance, but you will be required to pre-register in order to enter.

We have created an email address for the sole purpose of pre-registration only. Do NOT try to pre-register on Facebook, Facebook Messenger, or through our regular email address. Use ONLY the email address designated for pre-registration only.

Before I list our new pre-registration email address, there are a few things you will need to know before coming to Haspin Acres. Please keep these new rules in mind:

1. If you are sick, STAY HOME!
If you have any symptoms of Covid19, such as sore throat, headache, fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, or loss of taste or smell, then do NOT come to Haspin Acres! STAY HOME!!!
2. BRING CASH and your pink liability card!
If you do not have a pink liability card, then download, print, and sign our waiver of liability form and BRING IT WITH YOU! We will include a link to our waiver form in your confirmation email from us. Everyone is required to have a signed waiver form on file with us before entering the park.
3. You MUST maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet at all times while in public spaces. This is non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced!
4. Please keep in mind that this is all new for us, and this is the first time we have ever attempted to do things this way. There will likely be some glitches along the way, and we would like to ask you for your patience and cooperation as we strive to do what is required of us in the best way possible. We will make whatever changes and adjustments we need to along the way in order to keep everyone safe while also trying to expedite our check in process.

Please send your pre-registration email to this email address with the following information:

1. Name and phone # for reservation

2. Total of guests arriving with you
16 yrs or older - Adult pricing - # qty _____
8 yrs to 15 yrs - Young Adult - # qty ______
7 yrs or less - Child pricing - # qty ______
**Spectator - 10.00 per day - ABSOLUTELY NO RIDING - CAMP AREA ONLY ____ **

VETERANS - 1/2 off admission pricing for themselves ONLY - MUST HAVE ID WITH THEM - Please notify cashier at time of admission.

3. Date and approximate time of arrival.
4. Check out date.
5. How many in group need Liability cards? _________ ( See attachment at bottom of email)

We will return your email with a guest number and some directions to help your admission to go as smoothly as possible.

If you have other persons that will be camping or riding with you, they each need to email their own info - especially if not all arriving at same time. This way they will have all of their own information that is needed for admission.

We will attach a copy of the liability form to down load, print and fill out before entry for admission process.
IMPORTANT - bring registration # printed out or snapshot on phone / PINK Liability cards one for each person in party/ or one form per person filled out.
Children under 18 yrs old must have paper work signed by Parent / guardian - if parent is not present all paperwork must be notarized.
All children under 18 yrs old must WEAR A HELMET - this is an INDIANA STATE LAW on any off road vehicle.
Helmets must also be worn by anyone on a dirt bike or ATV - this a HASPIN ACRES requirement.
Helmets may be purchased at front desk or may rent them for a fee.
