| Those look like great trails! I love that old tractor too. They don't make 'em like they used to.... | |

| Easiest way to make a key way is to find a bolt a little to big and use a bench grinder to grind it to a square a little bit at a time. Then buzz the head off of it | |

| Ive made keyways in a pinch, and they work, but over a year or two of hard riding, they eventually eat out the keyway, because they arent perfectly square. I usually just run to the hardware store and get new ones if I lose my old ones. Red, why not 1080 30 fps? thats what I shot in last time. I ordered two extra batterys earlier this week, hopefully it gets here in time, and yes it is like a rockwell, bout as heavy too, dang cast iron case..... | |

| update, its been a long time since I did much with the old girl, Seems I didnt add the pics of the ride after I fixed the tranny, Ill post those below. I bought a set of tires this winter, super swamper vampires, size 25x13.5x9 I like to find big tires with small rims, they ride sooooo much softer than regular 12 inch garden tractor rims and this is why. The only way that you absorb bumps on a lawn mower are the seat springs and the rear tires. the smaller the rim, (keeping the same size tire) the more rubber/air you put between your back and the ground. which gets more important as you get older Lol. when I was younger I wouldnt even run seat springs because I felt more in control when I wasnt bouncing around. My back would hurt for a couple hours and I was good, now if I would run one of my old tractors like that I would have trouble walking the next day Lol. How ever the only problem was no matter how hard I searched, I couldnt find any 9 inch rims with the five lug bolt pattern I needed. So the other day I was at the atv junkyard and found a set of old steel 9 inch atv wheels with 4 lug pattern. Ended up only paying 5 bucks a piece for em ! score! in this pic one wheel is almost done, and the other just has the holes welded up So at this point I took my welder and welded up the old holes. Then I machined out a ring that centered up a old hub I had in the atv rims. dropped it in and drilled out All done! err almost I need to drill them out to the right size, but thats easy, I just ran out of time Next is removing the vamps from the old rims and putting them on the new ones, I think these tires are gonna hit the fender supports on my horse, so might have to deal with that also. | |

| Ebay, just type in kenda xtra grip and they will come up. the best place to get them is GCT wholesale, Ebay store is called gregthree. He is on vacation now, but I just got mine for 79 dollars for two, which is way cheaper than anywhere else I found. Shipping was around 20 bucks | |

| I followed you here my creepycrawler On the topic of lawsuit worries. The good news about Ohio is that if you are using someones land for recreation and NOT being charged. A lawsuit will not hold up. That is thanks to the horse folk. Now that of course doesnt mean they cant attempt to sue you, just means that hopefully the judge knows the law. https://www.ohiobar.org/ForPublic/Resources/LawYouCanUse/Pages/LawYouCanUse-611.aspx | |
